Sr. Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends in the assigned region.
Gather insights from client interactions, industry events, and online research to identify new business opportunities.
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs, ensuring alignment with Blueprint Design’s solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives and challenges related to construction projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and address client requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and business case development to demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of our solutions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the technical and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities to showcase Blueprint Design’s expertise and generate leads.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast reports. Present regular updates to the management team.

Skills Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, particularly in the services or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of BIM and related technologies is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
